The first band that I listened to was Rise Against, and that got me into punk. I heard the song Paper Wings, and to this day is still one of my favorite songs ever.
Then I bought Rise Against's CD and went through the booklet and saw the bands they were thanking and I saw NOFX and thought it was a stupid name so I listened to them and then went from there.

Alkaline Trio. They got me into so much more music. They're still one of my favorites.

Shit, good question. Uhhhhhhhhhh, I honestly have no idea. If I were to guess, I'm going to say it was Rancid or The Living End while playing one of the Tony Hawk games.

My dad played The Ramones and The Modern Lovers a lot when I was little. He took me to see whatever was left of Iggy and The Stooges in 8th grade. And The Dictators. Oh, and he bought Green Day's "Dookie" way back when. Yeahhhhh. THNX POPS.

in all Technicality probably either Fugazi orrrrrrrrr The Cure (at the time they were released they were considered punk for there weren't any real other genres to classify them as)
